Who Can Request an Invitation Letter?

Invitation letters will only be issued to:

• Authors or co-authors with an accepted paper
• Registered international attendees or presenters
• Participants who have completed full payment and submitted all required documents

Steps to Request an Invitation Letter

To request an invitation letter, send the following documents to info@nier.in:

• Completed Conference Registration Form
• Proof of Payment (screenshot of online payment or bank transfer receipt)
• Recent passport-size photograph (high resolution, clear background)
• Scanned copy of your valid passport (photo page and address page, if applicable)

After verification, the invitation letter will be sent to your registered email as a PDF file within 3 to 5 working days.

Important Notes

In cases where plagiarism is detected after publication:

• The invitation letter is not a visa and does not guarantee visa approval. It is intended only as a supporting document for your visa application.
• NIER does not influence visa decisions and is not responsible for delays or denials.
• Invitation letters will not be issued to unregistered or unpaid individuals.
• Early visa application is strongly advised to avoid any delays.
• No refunds will be granted in cases of visa denial, delay, or inability to attend after issuance of the invitation letter.
• Misuse or tampering of the invitation letter will result in immediate cancellation of registration and possible legal action.

Participant Responsibilities

If significant plagiarism or misrepresentation is confirmed:

• All visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements must be managed independently by the participant.
• The registration fee includes access to the conference only and does not cover visa processing, travel, or hotel costs.
• NIER will not be held liable for any expenses arising from changes in travel plans or visa issues.
• Any unethical use of the invitation letter will result in disqualification from the event and future NIER activities
