Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible to apply as a speaker if you:

• Are a faculty member, researcher, postgraduate student, or industry professional
• Belong to fields such as Engineering, Technology, Management, Applied Sciences, or related areas
• Have completed at least a postgraduate degree (such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., etc.)
• Possess subject knowledge and communication skills in English
• Have previous experience in delivering academic talks (preferred but not compulsory)

Role of a Speaker

As a speaker, you will:

• Deliver a 10–15-minute presentation during the conference.
• Present your ideas or research clearly and professionally to an academic audience.
• Join Q&A sessions and interact with participants.
• Represent your institution or organization in a professional capacity.

Responsibilities

• Submit a short abstract or topic summary for review
• Share presentation slides and your profile by the deadline
• Follow the guidelines and schedule provided by the organizing team
• Ensure that your content is original and plagiarism-free
• Be available for a technical check (for virtual sessions)
• Attend and present during the scheduled session without delay
