Registration Information – NIER Conference

The National Institute for Engineering and Research (NIER) invites participants to register for its upcoming conference. We offer multiple secure and flexible payment options for both Indian and international attendees, whether participating onsite or virtually.

Accepted Payment Methods

Participants may complete their registration using any of the following methods

Online Payment (Credit/Debit Cards)
Secure payments can be made through our online payment gateway using major credit or debit cards.
Net Banking
You may transfer the registration fee directly using Internet Banking (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS). To request our bank account details, please contact:

UPI Transfer
Payment through UPI apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe, or Paytm is accepted. UPI ID will be shared upon request.
Bank Transfer
For direct bank transfers, please request the account details by contacting us. This method is suitable for both domestic and international delegates.
PayPal
International participants can also register using PayPal. Please write to info@nier.in to receive the necessary details for PayPal transactions.
Step-by-Step Registration Process
  • Step 1: Payment of Registration Fee:
    • At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
    • A discount will be applicable for authors registering multiple papers under the same name.
    • A maximum of five authors/co-authors are allowed per paper. Additional co-authors will incur an extra charge.
  • Step 2: Registration Form Submission:
    All participants (Presenters and Listeners) are required to download, fill out, and submit the appropriate registration form to info@nier.in
  • Step 3: Submission of Camera-Ready Paper:
    Registered authors must submit the final, formatted version of their full paper in .doc or .docx format before the submission deadline. No modifications will be accepted after the final date.
  • Step 4: Confirmation of Registration:
    Upon successful submission of the registration form and payment proof, confirmation will be sent within two working days. All final conference details, including the schedule, venue, and participation instructions, will be shared with confirmed attendees before the event.
Important Notes
  • Late registration will incur additional charges, especially for students.
  • No registrations will be accepted after the final registration deadline.
  • All registered participants will receive certificates and access to conference sessions and materials.
  • Physical attendees are advised to bring valid ID and confirmation email on the day of the event
