At the National Institute for Engineering and Research (NIER), we are committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. To maintain the credibility of our conferences and associated publications, all submissions must reflect original research and proper scholarly conduct.

1. How do I register for the conference?

You can register by visiting the registration page. After completing the payment, submit the registration form and payment proof to info@nier.in to confirm your participation.


2. Are there any discounts for group registrations?

Yes. Group registration discounts are available. Please contact our team via info@nier.in or call +91 9677007228 for more information.


3. What is the submission deadline for abstracts or papers?

All abstract and paper submissions must be completed at least 30 days prior to the conference date. Please follow the format provided and submit through the official submission portal.


4. Can I present virtually at the conference?

Yes, NIER Conferences offer both physical and virtual presentation options. You can present your research online if you are unable to attend in person


5. Will I receive a certificate?

Yes,

  • All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
  • Presenters will additionally receive a Certificate of Presentation.

6. What technical support is available for virtual presenters?

Our technical team provides full support, including a pre-session check and live assistance during your virtual presentation.


7. How will I know if my abstract or paper is accepted?

You will receive an acceptance notification via email within 2–3 working days of submission. The email will confirm whether your work has been accepted for presentation


8. What are the available payment methods?

We accept

  • Online Payment via Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI and Net Banking
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal (for international participants)

9. Will my paper be published in a journal?

Yes

  • Papers may be published in Scopus, Web of Science, or Google Scholar indexed journals depending on your selected registration category.
  • Final publication details will be shared upon acceptance

10. What does the registration fee include?

The fee covers:

  • Access to all sessions (onsite or online)
  • Conference materials (digital or printed)
  • Participation and presentation certificates
  • Conference kit (onsite only)
  • Coffee breaks and lunch (onsite only)

11. Is parking available at the venue?

Parking information will be shared along with the final venue details before the event.
