1. Article Submission

• Title of the paper
• Author names and affiliations
• Abstract and keywords

Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
Ensure your submission adheres to the conference’s formatting and submission guidelines. .

2. Copyright Transfer

Authors are required to complete and submit the Copyright Transfer Form after submitting their paper. This form authorizes NIER and the associated journal to process your article for publication.

3. Peer Review (For Journal Publications)

Articles submitted for journal publication will undergo a review process to assess:

• Originality
• Research quality
• Relevance and academic contribution
• Authors may receive reviewer feedback and be asked to revise their papers accordingly.

4. Forwarding to Journal Team

Upon submission of the paper and copyright form, the article is forwarded to one of NIER’s affiliated journals (Scopus or Google Scholar indexed), depending on the author’s selected registration category.

5. Revisions (If Required)

Authors will be notified of any required changes based on peer review. Revisions must be submitted within the timeline provided by the editorial team.

6. Camera-Ready Paper Submission

Once accepted, authors are required to submit the final camera-ready version of their paper. This version will be used for official journal publication.

7. Publication Fee Details

• Scopus-Indexed Journals: Authors selecting Scopus publication must pay the additional publication fee at the time of registration.
• Google Scholar-Indexed Journals: Authors choosing this free publication route will be published in recognized Google Scholar-indexed journals.

Note: Publication preference must be selected during the registration process.

8. Final Publication

Upon acceptance by the journal, the article will be officially published. NIER will notify the authors once publication is complete.

9. Sharing the Publication Link

Authors will receive the official publication link, which can be used for:

• Academic CVs and portfolios
• Institutional records
• Sharing within professional networks
